I worked at Lands' End full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

I loved their Fitness Center.

Cons

Too bad they didn't share the wealth in the year they had one of the best in the history of the company, now when business and the economy are struggling employees would understand the difficulty of getting a raise and a bonus.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Set realistic deadlines for IT projects and hire people if needed to get the work done in a timely manner.

I have been working at Lands' End full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

They have a best in class activity center. Group exercise classes, equipment, pool, track. Amazing staff to help you reach your health and wellness goals. Great benefits overall.

    Cons

Lack of good solid leadership. Very re-active to market trends rather than proactive.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Employee morale is struggling, leadership needs to become more involved in employees well being and set an example by participating, promoting or simply encouraging their teams to utilize the activity center. It is a struggle for many employees to take advantage of the benefits when their workload doesn't allow them to leave their desk.
