ProsI loved their Fitness Center.

ConsToo bad they didn't share the wealth in the year they had one of the best in the history of the company, now when business and the economy are struggling employees would understand the difficulty of getting a raise and a bonus.

Advice to Senior ManagementSet realistic deadlines for IT projects and hire people if needed to get the work done in a timely manner.
