It was a great learning experience working different task. In my two years in the warehouse I met lots of great people.

ProsAwesome management! The opportunity to work different shifts is great for students. Adequate compensation for task requirements.

ConsRepetitive work. Some full time employees carry a negative demeanor all shift long. Work is based on demand so not consistent.

Advice to Senior ManagementDivide shift into equal segments Primary, induction, picking, etc. to reduce burnout and employee turnover. Consider dropping second shift in peak and focus on having enough work to do all week long for first shift. Let 1st shift receive overtime to keep up with demand during peak. Invest in another "x" induction/packing section and discard "A" or "B" whichever has the highest operation costs.
