Too many corporate politics. No room for growth or opportunities to move up.

    Pros

    HQ is nice, and there are some good people.

    Cons

    If you aren't related to the owner, you are doomed. Ownership is paranoid and has marketing ADHD. Company has changed complete marketing strategy about every 2 years, including company name. Massive, massive turnover.

    Advice to Management

    Hire good people and TRUST them. You have zero continuity.

    Pros

    Decent work/life balance depending on position. Good benefits.

    Cons

    Not much direction or coaching. Unclear employee expectations. Very political - management favors their favorite employees. Micromanagement and frequent plan changing for the company as a whole. VERY high turnover rate.

    Advice to Management

    Treat all employees fairly. Choose your company plan and stick with it. Instead of terminating employees or treating them unfairly with hopes they'll resign, be honest with them and coach them to decrease turnover. Lead by example by living out your core values of "honesty & integrity" and "reward on merit."
