Just cutting down on benefits year after year
Call volume is unbelievable

    I worked at LanguageLine Solutions full-time for less than a year

    Pros

    Very team-oriented environment. Everyone was nice, for the most part. Extremely lax work environment.

    Cons

    Computer applications were old. Rely to heavily on contract workers. Salaries low.

    Improve HR department.

    Pros

    As my subject title indicates. But training pre-hiring is good.

    Cons

    Reviewers are way too difficult. It seems like they had to pick on something or else they are not doing their job.
