Current Employee – been working at Laramar Group

Pros – Good Pay, good executive team
Employees have the tools needed to do a good job
Bottom line is important, but customer service & keeping the property in good shape is more important

Cons – Marketing/Training programs change often properties not always notified in advance.
Apartmentratings.com & social media given to much attention.

Advice to Senior Management – Internal customer service needs to be improved. Site employees are routinely monitored & graded, perhaps that should be expanded to internal as well as external customer service.
