Pros

Freedom of work is good within the company. good facilities are provided like transportatin, accomodation etc, Good incentives will be given.

Cons

Lack of Technical specialists in the company, Lack of documentation of work, Lack of Standard processes, Lack of transperancy.

Advice to Senior Management

Recrute some Technical specialists in the company, Need to do documentation of work, Make Standard processes for timely complition of work.
