Cool atmoshphere. Don't have so much pressure in R&D. There is lot of space to learn. Seniors are very cooperative.

Cons

Salary structure in same grade is not same. It varies a lot. Salary structure is not good as compare to other MNC.

Advice to Senior Management

Restructure the salary structure according to qualification and experience. Bring uniformity in salary structure in same garde. Imrove infrustucture in R&D
