I have been working at Laser Technology
Pros – Decent benefits for a small company (though they change often)
Casual & flexible work environment
Most employees are easy to get along with
Cons – Promotions / reviews/ raises are few and far between.
Pay is OK, but on the low side for the market.
Work can be repetitive
Management has to regain quality control & product direction
Advice to Senior Management – Please get a handle on what the market really needs & wants before shipping every pipe dream of a product.
