    Pros

As far as staffing companies go, Latitude 36 did a nice job of keeping in touch over the course of my 8 month engagement and then again weekly after my contract ended.

    Cons

Remote - office is in Tennessee, so I wasn't sure who they were or that they were legitimate when they asked for my personal hiring information over the internet. I did a lot of research on them before handing it over & I had a great experience after that.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing what you are doing in continuing to keep in contact with your consultants. Birthday perks and occasional gifts were a nice touch to make us feel like we are a part of the company, even though we are all remote.
