Pros

Compensation is competitive (even though benefits are sub-par), business outlook is improving with new FPGA product mix as older PLD products are phased out, FPGA market as a whole is relatively robust and growing even if Lattice has a tiny slice of a huge pie.

Cons

We need to find a permanent CEO to replace the interim CEO, asap. The company is just coming out a two year slump and several cycles of cost-cutting and consolidation. There's not much fat left to cut.

Advice to Senior Management

More focus and investment on sales and marketing. Maintain commitment to new product development.
