    Pros

Great co-workers. Good hard work. Variety. Lots of changes, so never boring. Attempts at open honesty. Fair salary. Good benefits.

    Cons

Though reviews are high, and corporation is multi-national and always growing, raises are non-distinguishable (1%). Though encouraged to always seek promotional opportunities, those opportunities are non-existent. Decisions are made about process without asking for input from those who must follow the process. Too many managers making process decisions without coordinating thus creating overload of unnecessary steps. No real incentive to improve or grow or care. Attempts at forcing healthy environment and workplace are unrealistic. The employees who write the courses have all the responsibility to get the work done but no authority to make it happen, yet must take all the grief when deadlines are looming. Promises are made that are not kept. People are leaving in droves.

    Advice to Management

Stop talking out of one side of your mouth. Be honest. Pay attention to those working outside the main location. Care about employees sometimes. Don't say you do ... actually DO it ... because the evidence is not currently following the words.

    Cons

You will NOT be supported by management in any way. Get-in learn something new and get out. OR pass altogether.
