I worked at Lazard Asset Management
Pros – Good Brand name on Wall Street. Firm has prestige for a smaller bank.
Cons – Morale was low during the IPO. There was a lot of negativity between the old guard nad the new guard.
Advice to Senior Management – I have been out of there for awhile but I have heard that some things have improved. Hopefully, the portfolio managers are now stronger.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
