Pros – Intelligent, amicable people
Entrepreneurial spirit, ability to take on new projects, suggest changes/improvements to operations, etc, because of the relatively small size of the firm
Cons – There are many inefficiencies regarding IT and intranet services.
Lazard expects a lot more from employees than what's laid out in the job description (which can be good if you're willing to take on new/more work and/or learn more about the firm/industry)
