Pros

Well equipped and the equipment is very good. Highly competent group to work with as everyone is very experienced in the law enforcement field

Cons

Compensation and the opportunity to make extra money when needed does not exist

Advice to Senior Management

Allow your employees to work with less supervision as they are very experienced and need little supervision
