    Pros

    The residents and most families are very affirming, friendly and care as much about you as you care for them. And a few wonderful coworkers who continue to be friends.

    Cons

    Most of the management is completely out of touch with the regular employee. Benefits were almost non-existent and the salary that I was offered was lowered before I arrived but after I had already accepted the job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Get to know your employees and interact with them. Pay your employees what they deserve and give regular bonuses that are not paid by the residents.
