I have been working at Leam Drilling Systems full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Leam is a great starter job for anyone looking for Oil and Gas operational experience. I have personally stayed tool long. I would advise anyone with an engineering or science degree to stay at most six (6) months and then begin looking for a job with a more established company (Halliburton, Baker Hughes, Weatherford, Scientific, etc.).

    Cons

Lack of training. In most cases trainees are hired on spend one day going over HR paper work and immediately sent to a rig. Most do not even know what MWD means before heading to the field.

Leam regularly violates several OSHA regulation.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Respect your employees.
