I have been working at LeapFrog

Pros – Hard-working teams of people who generally support eachother up to the Director level. Great products and company mission.

Cons – Is the CEO charismatic? Yes. Is he prone to being tone deaf except to the voices of his small, hand-picked group of political manipulators? Yes. Micromanagement is common, but decisions are often not strategically sound or made by the individuals with the best knowledge. As another reviewer noted, feedback is completely contradictory from one business review to the next. The senior management who survive all excel at ego massaging.

Advice to Senior Management – See above.
