Former Employee – worked at LeapFrog

Pros – Relaxed timings.. optimum workload.... They give you time off when you need it. It is the best place to work if you just want a job and are not too serious about your career. You get discount on thier products which are very expensive outside. Lots of free food and bagels

Cons – No real career advancement if you are in IT. Place is full of politics and filled with people from one area. New and fresh ideas are shot down as a threat to the way of doing things. The system is like one guy knows the system and he wouldnt share it with anyone for job security reasons

Advice to Senior Management – Employees need to be respected more and please take off the surveillance cameras from every floor. Its creepy.
