    I worked at Leapforce

    Pros

Work hours are completely flexible. Being able to work anytime day or night, seven days a week is a great way to earn supplemental income. While some might find the work confusing or even frustrating at first, with time it gets easier. Offers a unique opportunity to learn about the internet search process.

    Cons

While training has gotten better recently, there's still much room for improvement. Performance feedback is sporadic and inconsistent; this is unfortunate as your status hinges on productivity and work quality. Very little to no personal contact with management.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Improvements in the training process make a huge difference -- keep it coming. While the work itself is proprietary, communication with workers about their individual status and performance shouldn't be. My guess is that most evaluators strive to do their very best and will go to great lengths to improve their work if you give them the tools to do it.
