    Pros

You get to work at home.

Pay isn't too bad compared to other jobs online

    Cons

This is not a full time job. Hours are not "officially" capped, but everyone knows they are. You'll be lucky if you get 20 hours a week, then some time may be docked because you did not work fast enough.

NO communication with management at all. Emails go unanswered. This is the biggest complaint I've seen about the site, and I can attest it's true.

Can be fired at any time with no explanation. If your quality or performance is not up to par, you are not given a chance to improve before you are let go.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more transparent, and supply better communication with your workers.

    No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Leapforce

    Pros

The pros of working at Leapforce are that it is above minimum wage, once a month or so you might do something interesting, and you get to choose your hours.

    Cons

They send notices that your contract will not be renewed while you're a contractor in good standing or very good standing on their own metrics a day before termination with no mention of why. They also do not provide references.

Often you will be doing ratings on things made out by drunkards who do not understand grammar, let alone optimize what you're supposed to do so it can be done professionally within the time alloted. The servers are remarkably buggy and laggy so that often, without anything done on your part, fifteen minutes will be wasted, which is a problem because you must maintain a good task/hour ratio with tasks being assigned on average about two minutes. This causes a degradation in the quality of your service, because you must complete a certain amount of tasks in an allotted time frame

What is meant by flexible work times is essentially that you will get an hour or two a day, at the times they prefer, which are not specified. They pretend to offer increased incentives for the best workers, but require monthly reviews of your rating quality to qualify, which are not performed, even when you have received good reviews previously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Do not penalize your employees for not degrading their performance when your software fails. It creates no incentive for quality work. Provide the feedback and incentives you've claimed to. Provide two weeks termination notice so that your employees do not remember your name as notorious. Do not overhire so much.
