flexible work time, high pay, helpful online social networking tool for agents to communicate.

Cons

tasks are not always available; need to track work time yourself in order to make proper invoice;

    Pros

    Good pay, flexible hours (sometimes), easy work for the most part.

    Cons

    You have to work a certain amount of hours, you have to do everything a certain way, some work can be confusing, it's boring when you're doing the same thing for hours.

    Pros

    You get to work at home.
    People on chat are very helpful
    Pay isn't too bad compared to other jobs online

    Cons

    This is not a full time job. Hours are not "officially" capped, but everyone knows they are. You'll be lucky if you get 20 hours a week, then some time may be docked because you did not work fast enough.

    NO communication with management at all. Emails go unanswered. This is the biggest complaint I've seen about the site, and I can attest it's true.

    Can be fired at any time with no explanation. If your quality or performance is not up to par, you are not given a chance to improve before you are let go.

    Be more transparent, and supply better communication with your workers.
