Pros – Great People. Everyone in every role is passionate about working at Learn.com.
The company is committed to Client Success. So many resources/dollars are focused on ensuring clients get value.
Cons – benefits could be stronger, they aren't terrible, but aren't great.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep doing what you have been doing - stay focus on hiring great people, building great product and ensuring client success.
