    Pros

Decent employee benefits. Most people besides exec and some managers are great to work with. There is a cookie day and donuts & bagels on Friday's. The company provides some fruits every day.

    Cons

Telecommuting was removed by the President with a notice by close of business before the holiday break. There is no appreciation for your work, only certain employees get privileges, advancement and higher salaries. Most managers expect you to work lots of unpaid overtime, there is always last minute things you need to take care. It has become a miserable place to work with many fires during the last year and the shutdown of the Los Angeles office by the end of the year. So you never know when you're next.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

To CEO, President and management: even thought your employees are your business, treat them with professionalism & respect and they will perform for you. Believe or not, they are your best asset, not a disposable one that can be turned in for a cheaper less trained newer model. You can document all the knowledge and procedures you want in your file systems but without the experience and the right attitude to apply it, it is useless. Your customers really do care about a stable and profitable company.

The changes during the last year are affecting not only the morale of the employees but the earnings and prestige of the company. Change is always good and acceptable though stressful but with good leadership and professionalism, that way your employees will take it positively.
