I worked at Lease Crutcher Lewis full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Great superintendents. Hire some good people, but don't provide any training, which results in total anarchy and lack of consistency.

    Cons

Very poor leadership. Upper management is conflict-adverse and they don't confront underperforming employees, resulting in the excellent employees leaving. Good ole' boys' club reigns supreme, so women are rarely hired and take twice as long to be promoted and are promoted without being paid more, while men are paid as much as 20% more than their female counterparts. Highly discriminatory. Non-exempt employees are not paid overtime, which is illegal.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay women what their male counterparts are readily paid, and promote competent women who don't golf.
