ConsStrategic team not thinking forward enough. Try to over complicate things

Advice to Senior ManagementLow cost and simple are your market advantages, stop trying to over complicate things. Also concentrate on customer service.. ITS NOT JUST A CALL CENTRE..

Pros: Great colleages, beautiful offices and good location Cons: Poor pay Limited real advancement Very disorganised and uninformed management Very low moral High… Advice to Senior Management: Get some training in effective operational management and basic business… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More

Nice colleagues but not very rewarding place to work for

Pros: A very cosmopolitan place with very friendly people. Young environment Cons: Customer Service Agents are not treated fairly (Back to back call taking, breaks given at… Advice to Senior Management: Listen to CS representatives advices as they are the ones who deal with customers, if they have ideas that can improve the business put some… No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
