A stress free and satisfying place to work but with little oppurtunity for advancement.

Press Operator (Current Employee) Longview, WA

ProsSolid benifits. Friendly coworkers. Hardworking local management. Get lots of training on the operating and maintenance of offset presses. Really good paid vacation and paid holidays.

ConsConcerns about job security. Rate of pay seems below average. Press equipment is outdated and not in the best of shape. Need more innovation and ideas to attract more business.

Advice to Senior ManagementI feel that there needs to be more innovation and changes made to adapt to a changing newspaper business that is being negatively effected by the internet.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
