ProsMy job is great and always has been, but that is in spite of, not because of the way the company is run.
Some Autonomy.

ConsDifficult to live on the amount I am paid.
Corporate intrusions into everything that is good about the paper.
Quotas.
Bureaucracy.

Advice to Senior ManagementWith better compensation comes better employees.
