I have been working at Lee Hecht Harrison as a contractor (more than 5 years)

    Pros

People are friendly and genuinely caring about each other and the clients. It feels like family.

    Cons

Only negative is that the number of work hours are uncertain. That is to be expected because of the nature of the business.

I worked at Lee Hecht Harrison as a contractor (less than a year)

    Pros

The job required no skills -- anybody can retype executive's resumes from a template. And there was no stress, as there were no deadlines to meet or number to hit.

    Cons

The middle-aged manager could not control his elderly subordinates, and nobody could control the "clients" (laid-off financial goons) we served.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay attention to who is running your asylum.
