I worked at Legal Sea Foods part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Great people to work with, a lot of hours

    Cons

Disorganized management, not communication within management or to employees, I transfered here from another location and I was given no training or directions whatsoever. I didn't get paid until after 1 month of working there

I worked at Legal Sea Foods part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

I made 10K during the summer, which is great for a seasonal worker.

    Cons

Micromanagement, dehumanizing treatment, not meritocracy, everything is fried, due to volume food quality is middling to poor. Also the management team did not manage quite so much as focus entirely upon the "guest experience," at the staffs' expense.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Treat your employees like humans. Less micromanagement and more overall management. Let good servers get rewarded and stop firing people for micro offenses.

    Doesn't Recommend
    Positive Outlook
    No opinion of CEO
