“Developer”
Former Employee – worked at LegalZoom.com full-time for more than a year
Pros – Used to be a fun company to work for, but hard
Cons – Lots of work hours, no recognition or appreciation.
Advice to Senior Management – THE BOSS IS NOT THE CENTER OF THE UNIVERSE
