Legg Masons' International presence and new senior management. It is an employee-friendly company with great training programs and career advancement opportunities.
Cons
A few long-time employees who had a hard time with senior management transitions. Their negativity and complaining at times made it difficult to be there.
Advice to Senior Management
Keep making it a great place to work by communicating often with employees. Most people I interacted with are happy to work there.
