I worked at Lego Group full-time for more than a year

Pros

At LEGO you will be encouraged to do your best, every day, in an environment of openness and trust. Good ideas are recognized and even rewarded. Hard work also.

Cons

High demand, long hours, and although the benefits are good, the salary itself may not be.

I have been working at Lego Group part-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Have had some of the best experiences of my life while working for this company.
It's easy to sell a brand that you can trust the integrity of.
Fringe benefits can be pretty great (Christmas presents, events, etc.)

    Cons

Working part-time as a LEGO Brand Retail employee is tricky, which mostly stems from the fact that the pay does not match the level of excellence that is expected of you.

I have been working at Lego Group full-time for less than a year

    Pros

LEGO is very well respected brand and lots of people have a special connection with it, so the vast majority of people getting in touch with us are very friendly and just want to chat about their passion and are curious for what the future will bring.

    Cons

You need to be able to respect people's fascination with all things LEGO. If you keep on thinking 'grow up, it's just a toy!', then this place is gonna get on your nerves after a while!

As with any job in the UK, the salary is rather low.
