“You work very hard at this company but it is very family oriented”
I worked at Lego Group
Pros – Family oriented company. You enjoy going to to work. Had a lot of company social events. Everyone worked in a team environment. Casual.
Cons – Growth and training was very limited. There was never time for it even when something was offered. Promotions were more about who you knew than what you know. Politics were very thick.
Advice to Senior Management – You need to look outside your immediate colleagues for talent when recruiting
