Overall Legrand provides an opportunity to work with great people, is a friendly place to work.
Cons – Like many companies, each person has a lot on their plates. There is never an opportunity to be bored at work. Not necessarily a bad thing.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to communicate on goals and to keep the focus on employee development and market growth. The quarterly meetings are very beneficial
