    Pros

    bulge bracket company with a lot of resources. good name brand until bankruptcy. broad geographical reach. full service financial services company.

    Cons

    lots of upper management turnover. poor transparency with employees. difficult to get ahead if at a branch office. difficult to compete against other bulge bracket firms.

    Part of the biggest bankruptcy in history. All very exciting!

    Going bankrupt creates bad morale, especially when its done before pay day.
