Bankrupt

Former Employee - Anonymous Employee
Former Employee - Anonymous Employee

I worked at Lehman Brothers full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Relatively friendly environment compared to other big investment banks. Does it matter any more?

Cons

A lot of big talking traders and weird management that is more concerned about your working attire than the work you produce.

    Cons

I was not able to find any issues in the company. Everything was fine.

    Advice to Management

Management at India office handled the Bankruptcy nicely. Nomura acquired the India office and I worked for Nomura for around 3 years. I don't think they need any advice.
