I worked at Lehman Brothers full-time for more than a year

Pros

I was in the Operations Analyst program for the full 2 years and it was a great program. We were given books and classes about various financial topics, there were always networking events, and there was a solid structure for moving into a management role after the program was finished.

Cons

Some of the program was disorganized, but that's it.
