Former Employee – worked at Lend Lease

Pros – Flexible workplace
Very committed mid-level employees that band together to make things work as best they can
Great benefits (vacation time, health, 401k, medical reimbursement account)

Cons – Highly political since merging all US companies (i.e. Actus Lend Lease LLC and Bovis Lend Lease LLC)
Dislike between employees from opposite companies (i.e. Actus Lend Lease LLC and Bovis Lend Lease LLC)
Employee performance management systems complicated and not necessarily all that fair
Poor communication with employees as to why certain changes are happening, just that they are in the best interest of the company

Advice to Senior Management – This company used to be about the great people that commit their lives to making it successful and profitable. Those people need to feel appreciated again or they will continue to leave.
