Pros

Pay is decent the people are okay depending on what department you work in

Cons

Management is top heavy and inexperienced. They promote people within which is typically great but that is not the case for this company. Management does not deal well with change and drags there feet which makes it hard to keep and expand business.

    Pros

Plenty of work to do, you will rarely get bored. Lots of cool co-workers who are friendly and helpful.

    Cons

Certain departments are insane about hours, and if you complain they will hire more people than needed so you can't get any overtime anymore. So plan to work 40 hours on the nose or 85 if they determine its needed. There is no in between. Often, but not always, promotions are about office politics rather than the best people for the job. Wells Fargo system authorization will be sold to collection companies. If you owe anyone money, you will be garnished at LPS. Happened to most people who worked there.

    Advice to Management

You have got to get the hours under control. If you raised the wages about $3 or $4 an hour people would be less stressed and consider it a job worth keeping. LPS needs to stop hiring and retaining people who do work wrong. It just creates more work for the good employees. Health benefits are a nice plus but at the wages they paid when I left you don't have enough to cover the high deductibles.

    Pros

Flexible with work schedules for staff

    Cons

Secretive, directionless, layoffs are a norm everyone is worried about each week, no one feels safe

    Advice to Management

Don't tell stall that we're on the right path and then lay off another bunch of people the next week. That seems to be the norm.
