LendingTree Management in Charlotte, NC:   (Past Employee - 2008)

Pros

Flexibility, great people to work with, and fun environment

Cons

The CEO, Doug Lebda, who was kicked out of IAC is an incompetent idiot and has unrealistic expectations of employees, the CEO micro-manages too much and does not pay attention to higher level issues which is part fo the reason the company is dfoing bad, the compentsation and benefits have gotten worse as everything seems to be taken away from employees with all of the financial issues, employees are not appreciated, there is a great fear of getting laid off, there are certain people that are the "favorites" and get everything when everyone else who does the work gets nothing

Advice to Senior Management

Need to get a new CEO, need to care about the employees, need to provide better rewards, need to care about what people are getting done and not just recognize the people that stay late at work, need to provide stability, and need to have better management of people.
