I worked at Lennar full-time (more than 8 years)

Pros

greta people, good salary, good quality

Cons

Management keeps bad contractors and bad employees, contractors pay management to stay or just because they are friends

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Control big egos, audit management relations with subcontractors and employees, there is corruption in upper management.

Good company, but doesn't appreciate employees in down market

Current Employee - Project Manager in Riverside, CA

I have been working at Lennar full-time (more than 10 years)

    Pros

The company builds an outstanding product that I am proud of. Their integrity is outstanding and the culture (although recently not a priority) is still important.

    Cons

Like many companies, upper-level management has taken advantage of their leverage in a poor job market by neglecting employees. Bonuses are now only shared with those with VP titles.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Show more appreciation for employees who have toughed things out during difficult times.
