Lennar – “Company culture is horrible”

I work in the Minneapolis office for 17 years when it was profitable, under great leadership and a fun environment. I left in 2003 and it was the best move in my life...the current managers are afraid of losing there job and should be as most are unproductive and under the worst leadership in the company, the current div. president is a tyanny and an underachiever purchasing agent who uses intimiation and split the baby in half management logic.....what a joke....Stuart....Bob would be rolling in his grave if this was under his watch...
