Current Employee – been working at Lennox
Pros – Eveyone is very nice .
Stable company, stable industry, good benefits.
Cons – Many cooks in the kitchen - difficult to know who makes decisions.
Consensus driven organization - as a result, very slow to make decisions.
Advice to Senior Management – Create more opportunities for internal employees to grow and expand.
