Extremely flexible with hours, great coworkers

Cons

They constantly change slogans which is confusing not only to employees, but to customers too. Management is extremely sneaky and underhanded. Pay raises are practically non existant... people who have worked there 5 years make the same as people just starting out with no optical experience

Advice to Senior Management

Listen to employees when it comes to ideas regarding what the customer likes and dislikes about the company and company practices. Also, come up with a review system that actually rewards people for their years with the company.
