ProsThey really value ideas over titles and positions. If you've got a good idea and the drive to make it happen, they'll make it happen. Lots of opportunities to work directly with the high ups. Definitely got some huge momentum going on.

ConsIt is a big company so it's difficult to have so many people feel like they have to change the idea a little to prove they are doing their job.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
