    Pros

Fixed prices and no haggling permitted is the only positive aspect of this company. Sales assocites only focus on customers and do not even have to ring in the order. It is done by the customer service counter.

    Cons

No ethics on the floor. sales staff are encouraged to scoop eachother to call a deal closed. You learn what a dog-eat -dog-world means. very high turnover. Always running ads for new sales associates needed in every publication. Very pushy and extremely quota based. If you quit, you can never come back to Leon's! The lowest class of all furniture retailers in Canada.

    Advice to Management

Learn some business communication skills. Have some Class.
