Former Employee – worked at Lerner, Sampson, & Rothfuss
Pros – Good salary and good location in Cincinnati.
Cons – I am writing this review as a preventative measure for potential future employees of LSR as I wish I had the foresight to check this website prior to accepting my position. I would just like to verify that the negative opinions on this website are correct about this firm. Please seriously consider looking some place else for employment before accepting a positon. Good luck!
Advice to Senior Management – My advice to mangement would be to consider implicating programs to increase employee satisfaction as it might lead to more relaible employees who actual stay at the company long term.
