    Pros

    Great survivors and volunteers. Great cause.

    Cons

    Money focused not people focused. Lost focus on Mission due to ambition. Patient and professional support reduced to almost token level. Employees are ruthless internally in pursuit of "success & advancement". It is very competitive, You cannot trust anyone.Office culture not embracing of diversity. Employees have no voice. Poor work-life balance. Promotions only for those who know how to apple polish, do not ever challenge leadership, or have someone who likes them in leadership.

    Services encourage donations and builds relationships. Employees need to be valued and allowed to contribute to vision and strategy. They are on the front lines. Time to move into the 21st Century with diversity.

    encourage employees by reiterating the cause (not to just become a worker that goes through the motions)
