Pros

They are a well known backbone ISP great resume bullet point. Their data centers were well designed and were very cool to work in. Lots of different technologies in use.

Cons

Unfair practices, Lackluster pay, a greedy CEO that is willing to let 95% of the technical operations get outsourced to India rather than control spending and take a paycut. Money wasted everywhere on absolute crap just to fill budgets. Level 3's entire network's Administration is now handled from India. Most of these Indian Admin's can't solve problems and are glorified reboot monkeys. If they can't solve the problem they just reboot and reimage systems rather than trying to solve technical problems.

RESIGN NOW! Your work is done. You can't possibly screw this company up any more than you already have!
