Level 3 Communications Employee Review

Former Employee – worked at Level 3 Communications full-time for more than 10 years

Pros – Has a good 401K match
Has the financial backing
Has the name recantation
Has the network and the site locations all over the world.

Cons – Don't care about people that have been with company several years.
Has the work force in operation side of the house under man in all areas.
Has to many people running the network that has no ideal what makes up the network.
Don't want employees input, don't want to hear there is a better way that make since.

Advice to Senior Management – Try to keep good people that knows the business,and the company is way to heavy at the top.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
